Orders processed before 11:59pm AEST on a business day will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or weekends will be dispatched the following business day.

Due to OH&S, assistance may be required to unload heavy boxes. Please have an able-bodied person available to sign and assist the driver. If unavailable, re-delivery fees may apply. Authority to leave can be arranged at checkout or via email with your order number.

For any delays, we lodge an enquiry with our courier partner — investigations take up to 5 working days. If unresolved, we will provide a resolution in the form of a replacement or refund. For timeframes, please visit the courier's website directly.
