Warranty Coverage

Up to 12 Months

All products are covered by Australian Warranty of up to 12 months, unless stated otherwise. Covers defects in materials and workmanship only.

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Cosmetic damage to boxes, packaging or exterior surfaces (including transit)
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or earthquake
  • Damage from use with another product or outside published guidelines
  • Normal wear and tear or aging of the product

How to Make a Claim

Email Required

All claims must be sent via email. To avoid delays, please include in your initial claim email:

  • Manual with missing parts indicated (if applicable)
  • Images/video clearly showing the fault
  • Images/video showing goods in original packaging
Do not dispose of items before contacting us. We may request items back for inspection. No credit/refund will be given if goods are disposed of before a claim is submitted.

Returns & Refund Procedure

Original Payment Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paid by PayPal — refunded to PayPal. Paid by credit card — refunded to credit card. We cannot refund to a different account or card.

To qualify, items must be returned unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. A 25% restocking fee applies. Item must:

  • Not be used, assembled, or damaged
  • Be packed in all original packaging (undamaged)
  • Include all unopened tools, hardware, and assembly instructions
Returns cannot be delivered in person to our depot, office, or warehouse unless stated otherwise.

Change of Mind

Not Accepted

We do not accept change of mind returns for any products. No refund, exchange, or gift card will be provided — online or in store.

In the rare event a goodwill return is offered, conditions apply:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unopened and in original packaging including manuals and accessories
  • Do not return without prior consultation — credit will not be given
  • A 20% restocking fee plus initial postage deducted from any gift card issued
Items returned due to incorrect delivery information or unclaimed parcels (RTS) will be treated as Change of Mind returns.
